Email Clients a 40% Discount/Free Expo Pass and Earn Rewards. Use Enterprise Connect's FREE email marketing tool to send your customers and prospects an email offering a 40% discount on Entire Event and Tue-Thu Conference Passes or a free Expo Pass while inviting them to your booth.
Your Reward for Participating: Earn a free Entire Event pass or a banner ad on the Enterprise Connect Orlando website each time you deploy an email through the program (maximum of 3). This is a value up to $7,785 in free rewards for your company.
Exhibitor Invites is a simple and quick marketing tool to reach your customers and prospects. Even if your company already has an email marketing program in play, the Exhibitor Invites program is a great way to supplement your efforts and earn valuable rewards for your company. To deploy, you'll upload your logo, company information and contact list into Exhibitor Invites, a tool that will automatically generate a co-branded email for your review and approval. The emails will be deployed to your list from Exhibitor Invites, a bonded third party mail house. Enterprise Connect does not have access to your list.

And, for every paid conference attendee who registers using your unique code you will receive a $100 credit toward your Freeman Exhibit Services invoice for Enterprise Connect 2013. For every 5 paid conference attendees who register using your unique code, you have the option of either keeping your $500 Freeman credit or exchanging it for an Entire Event conference pass ($2,595 value). Promote your presence and increase traffic to your booth by creating a microsite that highlights your company's program at Enterprise Connect in Orlando.
Encourage your company's bloggers to write a post that tie in to your Enterprise Connect presence. Send us a link to your Enterprise Connect related post and we will partner with you to help get the message out. Here are two good examples.
Create a Facebook fan page about your presence at Enterprise Connect and we'll highlight it as a favorite page on Enterprise Connect Facebook account. Feel free to contribute key facts, case studies or start discussions that pertain to your products and services. This is a great way for you to get additional exposure to the Enterprise Connect community at no cost.
Provide updates about your company's activities at Enterprise Connect, product updates and other news through Twitter. Use #EC13 to be sure that your tweet is included in the Enterprise Connect Twitter feed.
Tell people you are exhibiting at Enterprise Connect. Join the Enterprise Connect group page and start a relevant discussion on topics covered at the event.
Create videos about your company's activities at Enterprise Connect, product updates and other news, and post it on YouTube. Send us the URL and we'll add it to our favorites and promote it via our social media channels.
Foursquare is returning to Enterprise Connect this year. You will be able to check-in locations all over the place! We'll create booth venues where you can check in and share info with others.
