Discounts are available for Groups of 3 or more, and for organizations affiliated with Government, Education or Non-for-Profit sectors. These discounts apply to the: Entire and Tuesday-Thursday Conference passes only and must be paid in full by March 15, 2015.
All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). Each attendee will be required to complete a separate registration form.

If you need to cancel your Enterprise Connect Conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $150.00 service charge until February 20, 2015. You must request a registration change in writing prior to this deadline. If you are unable to attend the event after the change deadline, we recommend you send a substitution in your place. Attendees who register after that date and do not cancel in writing are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to 415-947-6011 using the Registration Change Form.
Written requests for a downgraded pass must be received no later than February 20, 2015 for a full refund on the difference of registration fees between the value of the original and downgraded pass. Sorry, requests received after February 20, 2015 cannot be accommodated. Upgrade pass requests can also be submitted in writing along with payment information for the difference in value. If you have a disability and require special assistance, please call the Enterprise Connect operations lead at by February 20, 2015. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted at Enterprise Connect, including infants. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Attendee consents to any recording of the event by UBM Tech, a division of UBM LLC or its designees.

This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior, as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
We invite all sponsors, speakers, attendees, media, exhibitors and other participants to help us realize a safe and positive conference experience for everyone.
Unacceptable behaviors include: intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendees of the event and related event activities. Many event venues are shared with members of the public; please be respectful to all patrons of these locations.
Offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; inappropriate use of nudity and/or sexual images in public spaces (including presentation slides); deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated whether by other attendees, media, speakers, volunteers, organizers, venue staff, sponsors, or exhibitors.
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately.
If a participant engages in unacceptable behavior, the conference organizers may take any action they deem appropriate, up to and including expulsion from the conference without warning or refund.

Event Staff will be available to help participants contact venue security or local law enforcement, to provide escorts, or to otherwise assist those experiencing unacceptable behavior to feel safe for the duration of the conference. You can report unacceptable behavior to any member of staff. Staff can be found in the Show Office onsite or you may email one of the contacts below.
We expect all conference participants (staff, sponsors, volunteers, speakers, attendees, and other guests) to abide by this code of conduct at all conference venues and conference-related social events.
The above policies may be revised at any time by UBM LLC and are non-negotiable. This Code of Conduct is without prejudice to UBM LLC's rights, all of which it expressly reserves.
