Jonathan Rosenberg is Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of the Collaboration Technology Group at Cisco. He is responsible for the architecture and overall technology direction of Cisco's entire collaboration portfolio. He has personally directed the vision and architecture for Cisco Spark, Cisco's cloud based collaboration platform, across product, cloud architecture, and clients.
Rosenberg has dedicated his career to transforming the telecommunications industry. Prior to rejoining Cisco in 2013, he was Chief Technology Strategist at Skype, where he guided the company’s technology strategy. Before that, he was a Cisco Fellow, focused on IP collaboration.
Rosenberg is a widely recognized technologist in the industry. He is most well-known for his primary authorship of the SIP protocol and many of his technologies—including SIP, STUN, TURN, ICE, and SIMPLE—are now the foundations of modern IP telecommunications. He is the fifth most impactful author of Internet standards of all time according to the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF). In 2002 he was named one of the most innovative young technologists in the world by Technology Review magazine. He also was named a "Top Supergeek" by CRN and won a Pulver Von Pioneer award for contributions to the VoIP industry. In 2015 he was presented with the Ohio University Strowger Award for transformational innovation in the telecommunications industry.
Rosenberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in electrical engineering from MIT and a doctorate in electrical engineering from Columbia University.

Cal Henderson is the co-founder and CTO of Slack, a messaging platform. He is a world-renowned expert, author, and speaker on building scalable web apps. Cal led the technical development of Flickr as Director of Engineering prior to building Slack.
Author of the best-selling O’Reilly Media book “Building Scalable Websites”, Cal is a pioneer in the use of APIs and created the basis for oAuth and oEmbed, now used by YouTube, Twitter, and many others.
He graduated from the University of Central England with a degree in Computer Science, and was involved in London’s early online community through his work with B3ta and his personal blog iamcal.com, which he has run for 15 years. Cal is also color blind, and has worked on numerous applications to make the web more accessible for other color blind users. Before moving to North America, Cal was the technical director of Special Web Projects at Emap.

Prior to Amazon, Carlin has held a variety of executive roles at large and small technology firms including CEO and Co-founder of three startups that have been acquired. Prior to Workplace, Malte led Messenger's Business & Platform product group at Facebook.
Across his career, Malte has held various executive management roles focusing on product and partnerships in innovative, fast-paced consumer businesses, leading companies through various stages from start-up, high growth and turn-around. Before Facebook, he ran eCommerce for Hewlett-Packard in North America and was President at Zipcar, responsible for the European business. At the outset of his career, Malte worked for eBay Inc, where he ran PayPal Australia and eBay Germany after starting up PayPal in Germany and running Product for eBay in Europe.
Malte holds a Business Administration degree from the European University Viadrina.
