Your Safety is Our Top Concern
We’re excited about bringing the enterprise communications/collaboration community together in-person for the first time in a year and a half, and our top priority will be hosting our community with health and safety in mind. We are continuously monitoring what the Centers for Disease Control, World Health Organization, and US Department of State have recommended and are following their advice closely as it pertains to event gatherings. We are also working in lock step with the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and local authorities to ensure your experience onsite is an optimal one.
Placing Your Safety at the Heart of Our Events
When you join our event in person, you can expect to see that health and safety is a priority, and that a range of measures are in place to ensure everyone involved is able to enjoy a safe, hygienic, productive and high-quality organized event experience.
Enterprise Connect will be organized in accordance with our parent company, Informa’s AllSecure health and safety standard. As the world’s leading events’ organizer, Informa has developed a detailed set of enhanced measures to provide the highest levels of hygiene and safety at its events, providing everyone with reassurance and confidence they are participating in a safe environment.
All Informa events will be run according to official government and local authority guidance in the first instance, as well as any venue or location-specific regulations. In addition, all Informa events will follow ten Informa AllSecure priority commitments.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Enterprise Connect will undertake enhanced, deep cleaning before, during and after our conference, working with the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center and our venue partners to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This includes continuous sanitization throughout the course of the event, with a focus on high-touch areas such as door handles, restrooms and food and beverage areas.
Enterprise Connect will provide ample hand washing facilities and hand sanitizing stations throughout the event space, encouraging all participants to regularly wash and disinfect their hands.
Enterprise Connect will employ a system that facilitates non-contact registration for participants, including the availability of online registration.
Enterprise Connect will promote alternative ways to greet business partners.
Enterprise Connect will maintain a density of participants in line with local authority regulations and venue or other relevant guidance. This will be managed through control measures such as pre-show communications to participants, on-site signage and floor markings, and on-site social distance ambassadors.
Food and beverage stations
The Enterprise Connect team will work closely with venue partners to employ the highest standard of food safety, minimizing self-service buffets. If any queuing is anticipated, social distancing will be maintained through the use of floor markings and relevant signage.
Protect & Detect
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Participants at Enterprise Connect will be asked to wear a face mask at all times except while eating and drinking or presenting in conference sessions. Further items of PPE, such as gloves and eye screens, will be used by participants and staff if appropriate, in line with local government and health authority advice.
Enterprise Connect will have access to a qualified first aider. Participants will be asked not to attend if they are feeling unwell, and teams will follow local health authority guidance on detecting and managing anyone who displays symptoms of COVID-19.
Enterprise Connect will follow relevant health authority guidance on screening participants.
Trace and contact
Should it be necessary, Enterprise Connect will work with local authorities to trace and contact participants at our events.

If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Always wash hands with soap and water if hands are visibly dirty.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
- Stay in your hotel or at home when you are sick.
Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.
