Several PR opportunities are available before and during Enterprise Connect that will help maximize your company's exposure and presence at the event. All of the following services are included at no charge for Enterprise Connect exhibitors.

Inclusion in Enterprise Connect "Preview" Press Release
If your company is planning to make an announcement leading up to or at Enterprise Connect, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news, to be distributed one week prior to the event on July 27. See last year's press release as an example.
Instructions on how to participate are available in the Exhibitor Portal. The deadline to submit is July 17. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you.
Access to the Enterprise Connect Media List
The media list will be available in the Exhibitor Portal beginning Friday, July 3 and will be updated each Friday leading up to the event. This list will give you the opportunity to coordinate onsite briefings with pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers.
*PR agencies will need to obtain login information to the Exhibitor Portal from their client for access to the media list.*
Meeting Space for Media Briefings
Meeting space is available in the Media Center, for exhibitors who have secured briefings. Meetings will be available in half hour or one hour increments with a time limit of three hours per day/per exhibitor, in order to make this benefit available to all participating exhibitors. We will be accepting reservations for meeting space via the Exhibitor Portal beginning July 1.
Please note that the Media Center Meeting Space may be used by exhibitors only when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor or speaker.
Press Release Guidelines
Enterprise Connect owns its brands and content and must approve any third-party use of its brands and content. We encourage you to write press releases about your new product announcements, sponsorship, or other activities around the event, but ask that you please follow these guidelines:
- The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: Enterprise Connect is happening August 3-6, 2020 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, CA.
- The event boilerplate should be included at the end of the press release:
