Kevin is the Director of Real-time Collaboration at Gilead Sciences where he has accountability for all real-time services globally.  He joined Gilead in 2017 and brings 25 years of IT experience, mostly in the Collaboration space.  While his most recent rolls were with The Walk Disney Company and Kaiser Permanente, through his long consulting career he has engaged with over 100 organizations championing positive business outcomes along with superior end user experiences.

Mike Barry is Head of VC/Telecom at Logitech, responsible for managing all forms of voice and video communication at Logitech with his team. With almost 20 years of industry experience in Pharmaceutical, Consumer and Enterprise Electronics Industries and across a varied IT landscape, he has become an IT Expert in Video Collaboration, Video Conference Room Design, Setup & Management and Collaboration tools, as well as leading Global IT infrastructure projects.

Balancing the worlds of technology and business, David is a recognized leader in bringing innovative new products to market. In particular, David has led teams productizing computer vision, cloud, communications, mobile, and peer-to-peer technologies. He holds numerous patents in the areas of communications, computer networking, networked devices, home security, and sensors.

Today, David serves as CTO at Poly, a leader in collaboration and communications. He has been actively involved in the communications space for nearly 20 years. Previously, David has founded and sold companies in the Peer-to-Peer SIP and Session Border Controller (SBC) spaces.

In addition to his work in communications, David has worked in academia, serving as faculty member for both Computer Science and Business departments. He holds undergraduate degrees in Physics and Computer Science, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the College of William and Mary.

Max Chan is the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Avnet. As CIO, he is responsible for all information technology (IT) areas throughout the Avnet ecosystem, which includes the delivery of strategic business IT and digital transformation initiatives. He oversees the resources and capabilities of the global IT team, and ensures that the organization maintains a robust and optimized IT environment.
Chan joined Avnet in 2013 as vice president of IT for Avnet Technology Solutions in Asia Pacific. In this role, he led critical system implementations and enhancements, helped build Avnet’s Global Development Centers, and drove process improvement initiatives in the region. In 2016, he transferred to Phoenix to take on the global application and business relationship management role and was later promoted to head of global information solutions in Nov 2018.

Prior to joining Avnet, Chan held several IT leadership roles, including Chief Information Officer, Asia at VF Corporation, and vice president, IT Global Supply Chain, Building Efficiency at Johnson Controls.
Chan earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics from Malayan University, Malaysia, and a Master of Business Administration in strategy from University of Birmingham, UK.

Mandy Yeung Garby is the Global Architect Manager at Zoom. She leads a team of architects focused on cross-functional technical projects for both local and global initiatives. Prior to Zoom, Mandy held a variety of positions in sales, channels, marketing, and enablement at Cisco for over ten years. Her passion for instilling leadership that improves organizational culture, promotes continuous learning, and encourages diversity and inclusion has been the driving force behind her career path.

Today she lives in San Jose, California with her husband, Loren, and their four-year-old micro-brewery.

Graeme is the Head of Zoom Phone & Zoom Rooms and joined in 2019.  A collaboration industry veteran, he has close to 20yrs experience building high performance sales teams, defining new go-to-market strategies, and building partnerships/ecosystems.  Prior to Zoom he was at Cisco for 15yrs where he held a variety of roles, including Director of Engineering and most recently Sales Director for Webex Meetings and Video Devices in the Americas.

Barb has a rich background in training & development, sales, customer service, and project & product management. Her diverse career has driven a passion and focus on the relationship between departments, and the communication and cross-team collaboration necessary for a successful organization to grow.

As an experienced entrepreneur and business leader, she leads with energy and enthusiasm, effectively translating her experience and expertise.

Barb recently transitioned from a role as Sales Training Manager to Learning & Development Designer at Limelight Networks, turning her focus to the employee experience across the globe, and supporting the human experience to empower success.

Sonali Karnik is a Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Zoom Phone, with about 20 years of experience in the UCaaS space. Prior to Zoom she was at BroadSoft for a number of years until they were acquired by Cisco. She had a variety of roles from running the Sales Engineering teams for the Service Provider channel to Product Marketing, and managing strategic partnerships.

Sam Kokajko comes from a background filled with live event production. From award winning sound and lighting designs for live theatre, to corporate A/V and even on to custom electronics and automation designs for escape rooms, Sam has constantly been working to push the capabilities of what’s possible with media to create interactive experiences that truly engage an audience.

As a 4 year veteran of Zoom, Sam founded the Pro Events team to help customers get the most out of the technology and really bring their events to life. The Pro Events team (now Event Services) provides customers with the help they need to take their events to the next level with Zoom at the heart of it all.

As the Leader of the Zoom ISV Partner Program, Paul Magnaghi is responsible for sales, business development, enablement and strategy. Before joining Zoom, Paul spent fifteen years at Cisco Systems/Webex, where as a director led the Webex ISV and Innovation business development, developer community outreach and solutions development. 

Danny May is an Australian global tech entrepreneur, innovator and industry speaker. Danny founded Lingmo International, a digital Artificial Intelligent (AI) translation software provider, with no IT or AI background. His idea to develop a Real-time language translation solution came about after an embarrassing situation in China when his passport was stolen and he had no way of communicating with the local people.

With no formal training in the technology space, Danny has a deep understanding of AI and Speech Recognition technology in the translation sector and the benefits it brings not only to products but also to the people using the technology. This has led him to develop relationships with many corporate multinationals and take the lead in mentoring them on how they can improve their business communications as well as guide them into incorporating AI into their internal systems.

With an impressive portfolio presenting keynotes, sitting on panels and giving talks around the world, Danny’s easy going and approachable manner gives him the natural ability to share his expertise. His intuitive mindset seeks to make the impossible possible and inspires many young people to follow their dreams. Patrick Moran is Calendly’s Chief Revenue Officer, where he leads the strategy for marketing, sales and partnerships for the leading cloud-based scheduling platform. Calendly serves over 10 million monthly users across the globe and is used by the majority of Fortune 500 companies and nearly all companies in the SaaS 1000. A San Francisco-based cloud business expert with 15 years experience, Patrick most recently worked at Salesforce as go-to-market leader of Quip. He was the original CMO of New Relic where he built the sales and marketing model and helped lead the company through an IPO in 2014.

Jeff Smith, Head of Zoom Rooms, leads the rooms and workspaces product team for Zoom. With over 15 years of experience in the communications and collaboration industry, Jeff's background includes hardware, software and services. He leverages this diverse experience to
approach problem solving from a holistic, solution-centric perspective. Before joining Zoom, Jeff led the product team at Dolby Laboratories' communications business group and held product management positions at Cisco Webex. Jeff holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Electrical Engineering, a master's degree in Engineering Management and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.

Gary Sorrentino currently serves as Global Deputy CIO for Zoom Video Communications. A former Managing Director for J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management, Gary was the Global Head of Client Cyber Awareness and Education. For over 12 years, Gary was the Chief Technology Officer for J.P. Morgan AWM’s global technology infrastructure initiatives, where he managed its Data Privacy program and was responsible for Infrastructure, Application and End User Technology Production Support. In 2014, he assumed a new role as the lead for their Cybersecurity efforts and developed a firm wide “Protect the Client” Cyber program designed to raise cybersecurity awareness among employees and clients. With almost 40 years of experience in Information Technology, Gary has served in various other IT leadership positions in firms across the financial services industry. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2005, Gary was Head of Global Infrastructure and Head of Technology Efficiencies at Citi Private Bank, where he was responsible for Global Infrastructure Support and strategic technology initiatives. Other roles he has held include Global Technology CFO at Credit Suisse and North America IT Controller at UBS.

Located in the Boston, MA area, Dan focuses on workplace communications & collaboration technologies, with an emphasis on the intersection of cloud-based collaboration software and the hardware deployments (e.g. whiteboard-style co-authoring) necessary for adoption. Dan provides research on market sizing, forecasts,product and market fit, in addition to new product/service evaluations. Dan consults with industry vendors as well as end user organizations around workplace communications strategies, partnerships, sales enablement, and product development. Dan has close to a decade’s worth of experience in enterprise hardware and software with roles in business development, partnerships, product growth, strategic planning, and product development. Prior to joining Wainhouse Dan most recently was director of strategy & research for Bluescape and then an independent business strategy consultant to the industry. He has previously held roles at Yamaha Unified Communications, BMW, Wheel Lab, and Carousel Industries.

Jessica has over two decades of experience in people, culture, talent, and business partner roles. She has been with Box since December 2018. Prior to Box she led the People team at Blue Bottle Coffee, a high-growth third-wave coffee company. Previously, she led HR for Aruba, a fast-growing subsidiary of HPE. She spent ten years at HP/HPE in a variety of HR roles. She was also in executive search for biotech and life sciences CEO's, CFO's and other key leadership roles.

Jessica is passionate about creating compelling employee experiences that enable people to do their best work. Ira M. Weinstein is the founder and managing partner at Recon Research, an independent research, advisory, and consulting firm focused on enterprise communications.

Ira is an expert on communication solutions, audio-visual systems, and unified communications (UC) products and services. During his 25+ years in the industry, Ira has authored hundreds of articles and reports on the companies, products, services, trends, and happenings in these markets. Ira is also a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, sales kickoffs, and other forums. In addition, Ira spends about one-third of his time supporting global enterprise clients.
