Fieldpoint Private was founded in 2008 by 31 well-known executives in the financial services industry who shared the belief that the biggest banks often did a poor job of servicing high net-worth individuals. Their goal was to provide this unique client population with white glove service enabled by superior technology. With 50 employees, Fieldpoint is quickly becoming a preferred banking institution for ultra high-net worth clientele.

As head of technology, Joseph envisioned a cloud-based telecommunications solution. He believed a cloud-based solution would help the bank do four things:

• Focus on its core competency while outsourcing the telecom portion to experts in the field
• Shift the high capital expense associated with the call center to a more manageable

operating expense
• Minimize the number of IT staff hours required to support onsite telecom hardware and software
• Leverage the data in Salesforce.com, Fieldpoint’s CRM lifeline

Joseph will discuss these and other benefits of cloud/hosted UC, his vendor selection criteria and the resulting improvement in client service, their ultimate competitive advantage. “Phone systems management isn’t our core compentency,” he will explain. “I have limited IT staff and would much rather them concentrate on solutions that can directly benefit our clients than spending time

programming phones.”

As Chief Technology Officer, Jim Davies is the driving force behind the strategic direction of Mitel’s unified communications solutions portfolio and its evolution beyond today’s technology horizon. Appointed as CTO in 2003, Jim brings a working history rich in research and development and business experience within telecommunications. His intimate understanding of the constantly unfolding dynamics of IP communications technology has placed him at the forefront of Mitel’s next-generation strategies, ensuring the company is persistently growing in new and innovative directions.

Since joining Mitel in 1998 Jim has held the roles of Vice President of R&D and Vice President of Solutions Management. In these roles he was deeply immersed in product development and the creation of go-to-market strategies for Mitel’s communications solutions portfolio. His contributions and leadership were crucial in advancing Mitel to the front of an emerging multi-billion-dollar IP communications market.

Prior to Mitel Jim worked nine years in R&D roles at Nortel Networks where he acquired broad product development experience in hardware, ASIC, embedded software and applications.

Jim is a proud graduate in electrical and mechanical engineering from Queen’s University.

Bellverie Ross is an accomplished, entrepreneurial senior manager with diverse-industry experience and a 25-year track record of success leading high-performance teams in all aspects of information systems technology and business. Currently with the City of Charlotte, she is the Senior Program Manager responsible for Citizen Relationship Management (CRM) and the City’s Enterprise Program Management Office. She recently led the technology team to support the deployment of more than 140 projects in preparation for the 2012 Democratic National Convention in Charlotte. Her experience is backed by a MBA; dual strengths in emerging technology and innovative marketing; and a proven ability to deliver timely, cost-effective, next-generation solutions for furthering business goals. She has documented success in global systems development/testing/deployment and encouraging “out-of-the-box” ideas. Ms. Ross has had a distinguished career chronicled by multiple awards, patented technologies, fast-track advancement, and superior-rated performance ratings. She is experienced in managing and supporting multimillion-dollar worldwide systems and diverse workgroup and areas in both technology and business. Ms. Ross is an expert in combining technology solutions with creative concepts to capitalize on new opportunities, support business growth, and displace the competition. She has managed an estimated $1 billion in projects which have included retail and commercial development, customer relationship management (CRM), world-wide system deployments, and program development. During her career Ms Ross has held positions with City of Charlotte, Wachovia, Lending Tree, MBNA America (Bank of America), First American Real Estate Information Systems, Coors Brewing Company, AT&T Wireless and Price Waterhouse. Recently, she received the distinguished 2012 Technology All-Star Award from Women of Color Magazine. In 2004 she received the Young Black Achiever’s Award from the National YMCA. Ms. Ross was formerly the Vice-Chairperson of Events for NCTA Wise in Charlotte, NC. This organization focuses on women in technology, science and engineering roles. In the past she has been a board member of the United Way and Easter Seals technology committees and was also the Regional Director and Co-Founder of WITI ( Women In Technology, Inc.). Ms. Ross is extremely active in multiple charity organizations including Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, MS Society, American Stroke Association, and many others. Ms. Ross received her BA in English from the University of Colorado and an MBA with Honors from Wilmington University in Wilmington, Delaware, and is currently a candidate for her Ph.D. at Capella University in Organizational Behaviors/Information Technology.

Currently, Mr. Landry is Senior Vice President for NEC where he oversees the company’s product strategies, go-to-market activities and strategic alliances surrounding its Unified Communications and Collaboration portfolio. Prior to NEC, Mr. Landry held senior positions in companies that incuded Sphere Communications, 3Com’s CommWorks Corporation, and U.S. Robotics.where he led product management, marketing and business development. His career is founded on engineering in the tele and data communications sectors with experience in hardware systems and software applications.
Todd’s diverse background in engineering, marketing, and business, combined with his knowledge of software and system architectures and a strong customer emphasis create a unique foundation of knowledge, which he has utilized as a speaker in numerous forums, panels and keynotes. He has received numerous awards, including multiple new product achievement awards, product of the year awards, advertising achievement awards, and holds two patents in the area of communications and wireless systems.

Gavin joined ShoreTel in October of 2007. For over 25 years, Gavin has helped high-growth communications companies achieve market-leading status in new market categories by delivering breakthrough products and services directly to businesses and consumers.
Gavin's executive experience includes Chief Marketing Officer at GoBeam Communications, a VoIP-based hosted PBX service provider that was purchased by Covad Communications in 2004. Gavin was also Chief Marketing Officer at InternetConnect, Senior Vice President of Marketing at Softnet Systems, Regional VP at Teligent, Corporate VP of Marketing and Product Development at Nextel Communications, and Regional VP of Marketing at McCaw Cellular.
Gavin is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He also attended the Executive Education Program at Stanford University.

Huw Rees serves as 8x8's Vice President of Business Development and was previously Chief Executive Officer of Centile, Inc., a former subsidiary of 8x8 where he led the development of the hosted PBX technology from 1999 to 2004. Rees was responsible for the change in 8x8's marketing and sales away from an OEM approach to a focus on end-users including both consumers and small businesses for hosted, cloud based communications services. He has been closely involved with telecommunications technology for over 25 years, beginning with Marconi PLC in 1985, where he opened and managed their Western US sales office. He has also held management roles with Plessey Inc., and with Mitel Corporation. Rees received a B.Sc. (Hons) from the University of Manchester, Institute of Science and Technology in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and an MBA from the University of LaVerne.

Liz Osborn is the Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing for cloud contact center software leader Five9. With more than 20 years in the technology industry, Liz is an expert in enterprise software and networking. Prior to Five9, Liz was the senior director of product marketing at Genesys where she helped guide product direction and led solution-marketing efforts. Liz has deep knowledge of the contact center market including expertise in contact center platforms, voice self service, performance management, analytics and reporting, customer service, telemarketing, IP/SIP and the cloud. Liz has also held product and marketing leadership roles at Adobe and Lucent.

Madelyn joined inContact in 2010. Madelyn has worked for Fortune 50 firms to small startups, including Sprint, Hallmark Cards, and H&R Block. During that time she’s worked in Marketing, Product, Sales, and Operations. Madelyn has worked in and managed teams in blended call centers at Hallmark and Sprint.

JOSEPH A. STAPLES serves as chief marketing officer for Interactive Intelligence. He oversees the global marketing efforts of the company's award winning contact center and IP communication product lines. Mr. Staples brings 25+ years of experience in technology and marketing to Interactive Intelligence, including specific assignments in the areas of computer telephony, unified messaging, mobile wireless, computer networking, and computer-based education.

Prior to joining Interactive Intelligence, Mr. Staples was the principal of FirstLight Marketing, a successful marketing services company. For the six prior years, he was executive vice president of corporate marketing at Captaris, Inc., a provider of business communication solutions. Previously, Mr. Staples was the vice president of marketing for Callware Technologies, Inc., a provider of unified messaging software. Prior to his employment at CallWare, Mr. Staples spent five years with networking leader Novell Inc., in several management positions. While at Novell he is credited with playing a central role in developing the early stages of the computer telephony industry, including the launch and evangelism of TSAPI, a broadly adopted CTI development platform. Mr. Staples earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Phoenix with an emphasis in marketing. Mr. Staples is an accomplished presenter and has had a number of articles published in trade magazines on various communication subjects. He was named Novell employee of the year in 1990, was named a Star of the Industry by Computer Telephony Magazine in 1993, and was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award by Customer Interaction Solutions Magazine in 2006.

David Tso is responsible for Echopass product management, business strategy, and vendor partner relationships. He brings a broad range of domestic and international experience in business development and strategy with start-ups to billion dollar high technology businesses. Prior to Echopass, David was Senior Director, Market and Business Development for Avaya, where he led alliances, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously he was Senior Director of Corporate Strategy and Technology and Director of Business Development for contact center and unified communications. Before Avaya, David held executive positions in product management, marketing, and operations management with Octel, Lucent Technologies, and venture companies in China, Thailand, and Brazil.
David holds a M.S. in engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Tod is a 15 year veteran of the contact center industry. He joined Cisco in 1999 as part of the WebLine Communications acquisition shortly after the formation of the Cisco Customer Contact Business Unit. Tod was part of the original product management team that introduced the industry's first IP Contact Center solution in 2001 and over his 10 year career at Cisco he has led numerous contact center releases as Cisco has implemented over 10,000 contact center systems.
Tod currently leads the enterprise contact center product management team with global responsibility for the Cisco enterprise contact center business.
Tod is an avid social media enthusiast and is driving the evolution of the Cisco contact center portfolio to incorporate social software.

Paul Lang leads Applications Portfolio Management for Siemens Enterprise Communications. He has been in the communications Industry for over 20 years. Paul has held executive positions in Marketing and Product Management, delivering solutions both as premise and cloud-based offerings, growing revenues and market share.
Previously, Paul held executive roles at LiveOps, Genesys and Aspect in both North America and the UK. Paul has a Bachelors Degree from

South Bank University in London.

Adam Edwards is the director of systems engineering at AppNeta. In this role Adam leads a team responsible for ensuring customer and partner success when deploying AppNeta's cloud based solutions to monitor and troubleshoot critical applications such as unified communications, cloud services, and virtualization. Before joining AppNeta in 2008, Adam spent 7 years at Motive in various technical leadership positions helping broadband providers remotely manage infrastructure delivering VoIP, IPTV, networking, and security services to business and residential subscribers. Adam has held numerous other leadership roles developing application, systems and network management technologies over the past 20 years. Adam began his career in technology while studying engineering at the University of Rochester and is a veteran of the U.S. Army Reserve.

Ray Krug brings more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, focusing on pre-sales and product positioning of OSS solutions to service providers, enterprises and public sector customers. In his current role at NetScout, he is responsible for aligning the nGenius Service Assurance Solution to NetScout enterprise customer business needs and requirements in both Unified Communications and data contexts. Prior to NetScout, Mr. Krug worked for Intelliden as Director, Pre-Sales, EMEA, Orchestream as Director, Pre-Sales, EMEA, and in a variety of engineering and support positions for Concord Communications, Olicom, and CrossComm.

John Cash is a Senior Sales Manager for the BlackBerry Enterprise Platform and is based in Dallas, TX. In his role, Mr. Cash and his team promote the vision and value proposition behind BlackBerry’s award winning portfolio of Enterprise Mobility Solutions among RIM’s largest Enterprise customers. Mr. Cash has over 20 years of product management, sales, and enterprise IT leadership experience spanning multiple industry segments including manufacturing, financial services and government/military. Prior to joining RIM in 2009, Mr. Cash worked for Nokia, overseeing early market sales of Nokia’s enterprise voice and mobility solution for the U.S. Other previous career assignments were with Capital One and Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company and the U.S. Army. Mr. Cash has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from Liberty University.

David leads the Advanced Solutions Engineering - Wireless team, directing subject matter experts for each of Sprint’s wireless products and mobility solutions. David launched and was chief architect for Sprint’s wireless email and wireless WAN product solutions, and has been focused on mobility, security, and business applications since 2001.

He has extensive experience with mobile broadband, fixed wireless solutions, M2M, and wireless data solutions. David is currently focused on how the changing mobility landscape, including BYOD, Cloud, Wireless Networks, and mobile devices can improve business results and is driving Sprint’s strategy in this regard.

David Lowe is the Vice President of Enterprise Sales for Samsung Telecommunications America (Samsung Mobile). In his current role, David is responsible for

growth and management of an enterprise sales strategy and a team focused on selling Samsung mobility solutions to Fortune 1000 accounts.

Previously, David has held channel sales and business development positions at Research in Motion (RIM), Iperia and Nuance Communications. At RIM, David directed all North American channel sales and strategy for BlackBerry's Business Solutions team, which encompasses BlackBerry's suite of enterprise

products for Fixed Mobile Convergence, Collaboration and Messaging.

Overall, David has more than 25 years of global industry experience and success. Based in Rochester, New York, David holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Saint Bonaventure University in St. Bonaventure, NY.

Jeff Tongel joined AirWatch in 2011 as an Enterprise Account Executive. With more than 12 years of experience in the technology industry, Tongel’s responsibilities have ranged from software development, sales engineering, business development, to sales management. As an account executive, his role revolves around helping companies enable their businesses through the use of mobile technology while maintaining security and adhering to organizational and regulatory compliance policies.

Prior to joining AirWatch, Tongel was based in Atlanta as the Southeast Regional Sales Manager at Courion Corporation, a Massachusetts-based Identity and Access Management software provider. While at Courion, Tongel participated in multiple lines of business, including product development and sales engineering prior to assuming the role of sales manager. As sales manager, Tongel played an integral role in tripling revenue in his region.

Tongel attended the University of Virginia, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

Kevin McPartlan is a Product Line Manager in the Collaboration Business Applications BU. Kevin is responsible for driving strategic initiatives such as mobility and video across Cisco’s customer collaboration solutions. Prior to Cisco he was with Convergys as VP/GM of Contact Center Solutions following Convergys’ acquisition of Intervoice. He has more than 25 years of experience in providing strategic product and engineering leadership at successful communications and call center companies such as Nuasis, Aspect Communications, David Systems and ROLM Corporation. As a founding member of the Nuasis team he wrote the specification for Nuasis’ SIP-based multi-channel contact center and held executive roles leading engineering, business development and product management. During his 11 years with Aspect Communications, he led the product architecture team and was instrumental in the design and engineering of the Aspect Call Center automatic call distributor through the 1990's. Prior to Aspect, McPartlan was with David Systems and ROLM Corporation. Kevin holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley. He is a member of the IEEE and a named inventor on nine U.S. patents.

As VP of Marketing, Eric is responsible for building a world-class customer-centric brand. A visionary and passionate customer advocate, Eric has been at the forefront of the

customer experience management movement as a public speaker and published writer for the past ten years. Formerly of Voice-Tel Enterprises, Eric has over fifteen years of

experience in the communications and contact center industries. Eric combines technical know-how with an understanding of the challenges facing today's customer service

professionals. He joined VHT in 1998 and managed all aspects of VHT's products and software releases as the senior product manager. Eric received his BBA from the University of Cincinnati and MBA from Baldwin Wallace University.

Jason serves as marketing manager for Cloud solutions at Interactive Intelligence. Prior to Interactive, he spent ten years consulting with large enterprise contact centers and suppliers for Vanguard Communications and a company he later founded, SmartContact Consulting. Jason spent the first seven years of his career in sales, marketing and product management with companies Nortel, Aspect and Hipbone (a web collaboration company acquired by Kana). His unique blend of end-user and supplier experience equips him with a fresh, comprehensive perspective – something he strives to infuse in every project. Jason holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from UCLA.

Shannon Tolle is the IT Communications Director for the City of Scottsdale. He has over twenty- seven years of experience with the City. As Communications Director he oversees a staff that supports LAN/ WAN, telephony, public safety radio, and microwave communications for more than 100 City locations. His staff also supports communications policy; including BYOD, cell site co-location and carrier right-of-way issues. The City of Scottsdale’s BYOD policy is a work in progress, with tweaks and adjustments being made for the various types of employees – i.e. administrative workers, IT staff, police, etc. Shannon has implemented traditional PBX systems, mobile wireless networks, VoIP networks, call centers, radio systems, and wireless public access and data networks.

Mark Reynolds, Associate Director, University of New Mexico IT department, is involved in the engineering, design, installation and implementation of many voice, data, and security and video deployments. Mark has been in Higher Education for 30 years.

Before joining the University of New Mexico in 2003, Mark served as the operations manager for the voice, video, security system and data networking engineering and design at New Mexico Tech in Socorro, New Mexico for 20 years. Mark has over 40 years’ total experience in the telecommunications space.

While at UNM, Mark’s notable accomplishments include:

• Chaired a VoIP trial (NEC, MS, Broad soft, AASTRA, Cisco, HP, 3Com, Century Link SIP trial, Unified communications, unified communications) deployment for the University
• Headed up large project management projects for the University, Health Sciences, Hospital, Branch Campuses, Clinics, other Higher Education, K-12 and NON University agencies
• Headed up a large, complex project to upgrade the campus’ existing communications technology which included and not limited to the RFP process, implementation and installation of 22,000 port telephone system and the second largest Central Office in New Mexico.
• Designed, managed and supported every aspect of telecommunications (voice, data LAN-WAN, security and facilities)
• Committee member or chair (Emergency management, facilities management, Alarm management, Carrier services for voice and data, Engineering of voice and data services, ACD , Disaster recovery) –FEMA certified communications support
• Distributed antenna system installation, design, oversight with carriers
• Chaired a BETA on SIP, Unified communications, dual mode technology, and future applications to enhance the Universities IT development

Allan is the Marketing Director for UC Applications at Avaya. While he resides in Canada, his effectiveness in his global role is a testament to the application of Unified Communications solutions. His marketing, product management, and business development career has spanned 20+ years dealing with the planning and application of voice, data, and information systems to support the needs of business with particular focus on employee productivity and customer service. His applications focus has included: unified communications, messaging, IVR, contact center, CTI, voice over IP, and remote data access. Prior to joining Avaya (via Octel and Lucent) in 1998, Allan led marketing and business development teams at two midsized organizations entering new stages of growth, which followed his applications marketing tenure at Nortel. Allan holds an MBA in Information Systems (McMaster University) and an Honors BA in Economics and Psychology (York University).

David D. DeLorenzo is an Associate Director for Managed Services and UC&C Mobility with Verizon Enterprise Solutions, a global business unit of Verizon Communications. In this role, David is responsible for UC&C Mobility applications and products, as well as the UC&C Managed Services portfolio for Cisco and other partners.
David was formerly a Senior Product Manager with another global communications organization, responsible for next generation UC&C products. While at his previous company, he also held positions as a Senior Product Manager for IP Telephones, Endpoint Products and Soft Clients. David has additional experience as a Program Development Manager, and most recently managed outsourced global ODM development projects related to this business.

Bob Friday is Chief Technology Officer for the Wireless Networking Business Unit, part of Cisco’s Network Services Group. He manages strategic wireless initiatives for the fast-growing WiFi (wireless LAN) and WiMAX broadband (wireless WAN) businesses. Friday’s career has been focused on developing unlicensed wireless networking technology and products. He came to Cisco as the Chief Scientist and cofounder of Airespace, the wireless LAN leader acquired by Cisco in 2004. At Airespace, he leveraged his background in the outdoor wireless service provider market to introduce a centralized controller architecture for enterprise 802.11 wireless networks. He was also responsible for location technology, mesh, wireless routing technology, radio hardware development, and radio resource management algorithms. Prior to Airespace, Friday was Chief Scientist at Metricom, a wireless WAN infrastructure company, and was directly responsible for the performance and capacity of the company’s nationwide wireless wide-area Ricochet network. Friday has been awarded 13 patents. He holds a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Tech and a master of science degree in electrical engineering from San Jose State University.

Mauricio has a broad experience of more than 20 years in carrier network and enterprise solutions consulting and technical marketing in Mexico and CALA Region.

He formerly worked for Cisco Systems in its Customer Advocacy Post-sales Services Division; for Huawei in LATAM as Technical Sales Managing VP and more recently as Global Account CTO for America Móvil in Ericsson. He currently belongs to Alcatel-Lucent’s Global Strategic Marketing staff focusing on market and business intelligence of Multi-National Companies and Enterprise segments.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and a Master Degree in Enterprise Systems Engineering, both from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City, as well as a Business Engineering Diploma from Ericsson’s International Training Center in Stockholm, Sweden.

Steve is responsible for the design, development and management of XO’s VoIP, SIP trunking and Hosted PBX services and is based out of Herndon, VA. Steve led the launch of XO’s SIP trunking services and his efforts helped XO win 2007, 2009 and 2010 Internet Telephony Product-of-the- Year Awards for both XO’s SIP and Enterprise SIP solutions. XO was also awarded the 2010 NGN Leadership Award for Enterprise SIP and the Internet Telephony 2012 Product of the Year Award for Hosted PBX. Steve’s expertise includes over 20 years of Product Development and Management in Wireless, Data, Telecom, and IP services.

Barbara A. Grothe, CTP is CEO of Telecom Resources, Inc. an independent consulting firm in Indianapolis, Indiana specializing in telecommunications management since October, 1986. She received her CTP (Certified Telecommunications Professional) certification from St. Mary’s College in Minnesota.

Barbara has been a featured speaker for national industry conferences including the World Conference on Incoming Call Center Management (ICCM), Building Industry Consulting Services International (BICSI), the Banking Administration Institute, Administrative Management Society and the Society of Telecommunications Consultants. Prior to founding her firm, she was a Sr. Consultant with Olive & Co. CPA’s, now BKD, LLP.

She is Co-Author of The Handbook of Telecommunications, published by Business Communications Review in Chicago. Her articles have appeared nationally in Investors Business Daily, Entrepreneurial Woman, and Computer Consultant magazines. Darryl Sladden, Technical Marketing Manager and Architect is a 12 year veteran of Cisco Systems. Mr. Sladden is currently responsible for the Technical Marketing teams that supports all aspects of Unified Communications related technologies on the ISR and ASR routers at Cisco, as well as the Unified Computing solutions on these platforms. He has been the leading architect and product manager for Cisco’s Session Border Controller portfolio, and helped to define the Cisco UnifiedBorder Element (CUBE) at Cisco. He has worked in and holds a patent in many VoIP technologies and has lead the product direction of many important technologies at Cisco including the award winning Cisco Unified Border Element and the Cisco AS5400XM Voice Gateways. Alan Percy is Senior Director of Strategic Marketing for North America at AudioCodes, a leading provider of Voice over IP networking products and enabling technology. David Tipping is the vice president and general manager of the SBC Business at Sonus Networks, Inc. Prior to this role, Tipping served as Sonus’ vice president of product marketing and product management. Tipping has served in several executive and management roles during his tenure with Sonus, including vice president of Sonus Worldwide Systems Engineering, vice president of Sonus’ Service Providers for the Americas division and as technical director of Sonus’ Eastern region. Ron Ongley is the Global Head of Technology Infrastructure for Russell Reynolds Associates and has been with the firm for over 11 years. He is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s network, unified communications, social collaboration platform, distributed infrastructure and security environments as well as the Client Services team. In 2010, Ron began a global video and collaboration transformation initiative by introducing cutting edge video technologies to the organization. Bob Romano is the Vice President of Global Marketing at Radvision, an Avaya company. He is an industry veteran with more than 16 years of experience in the visual communications industry and as a daily user of online conferencing technologies; he is an expert in how to effectively meet over distance. Prior to assuming his current role at Radvision, Bob has held positions as president of VCON, Inc., a market leader in video over IP solutions and Vice President of Sales and Marketing at First Virtual Communications, an enterprise software conferencing company. Scott Wharton, founder and CEO of Vidtel, Inc. has been recognized as a leader in the VoIP and video industry for nearly two decades.

John Antanaitis is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Polycom. With nearly 20 years in high-tech communications, he leads a global marketing team responsible for worldwide product positioning, messaging, new product launches and events for Polycom products, solutions and services. John joined Polycom in 2002 after spending five years in Marketing and General Management functions for Stanley Tool Works and Fortune Brands. Mr. Brandofino has over 20 years of experience in the video communications space, which started when he co-founded video equipment reseller Face to Face Communications in

predecessor company, in 2000. He went on to serve as CTO of Glowpoint, and subsequently was named CEO of the company in 2006.

David Danto has nearly 35 years of experience providing problem solving leadership and innovation in media and unified communications technologies for various firms in the corporate, broadcasting and academic worlds. This includes:
- The building and managing of the world’s largest commercial Cisco TelePresence ecosystem (other than within Cisco) for JP Morgan Chase.
- The design, implementation and operation of global video and audio conferencing facilities, television and audio/visual facilities and digital signage solutions for Lehman Brothers.
- The design of television and radio facilities for Bloomberg, including the development of their revolutionary multi-screen TV format and the design and construction of studios for The Charlie Rose Show.
- The development of the Television and Media Services department for NYU, including the design and implementation of America's first urban, self contained, multi-building university cable TV system using microwave links to cross public rights of way.
- The design and management of multimedia and/or TV broadcast facilities for many organizations, including AT&T, Financial News Network, MTV, NBC, Rutgers University, and many others. He has also acted as Engineer in Charge for countless commercial and industrial television productions.
David's efforts have been recognized by the premiere industry organizations in media technology. In early 2007 he was elected (and still serves) as the Director of Emerging Technologies for the non-profit Interactive Multimedia & Collaborative Communications Alliance (www.imcca.org.) Additionally, InfoComm International has appointed him as Adjunct Faculty for their educational efforts every year since 2007 and has recently added him to their prestigious “InfoComm 100” key industry thought leaders. He has served as a National Association of Broadcasters conference “Pick-Hits” judge for Broadcast Engineering since 2001. The CEA - the industry authority on consumer electronics – appointed him to be a judge for the Consumer Electronics Show Innovations Design and Engineering Awards in 2011 and 2013. Enterprise Connect appointed him to be a judge for their Innovations Showcase in 2012.
David is a frequent contributor to and blogger for industry publications, and presenter at industry events. He is also the author of the popular “View From The Road” series of blogs. Eric Kintz is Senior Vice President and General Manager of Logitech for Business, the group within Logitech focused on business productivity and collaboration solutions. In this role, he is responsible for business product research and development, as well as worldwide business marketing and sales. Mr. Kintz reports to Logitech’s president.
Previously, Eric Kintz was Vice President and General Manager of Logitech’s video business unit, responsible for Logitech’s award-winning line of high-definition webcams, the company’s Vid video calling service, as well as the Logitech Alert line of digital video security solutions for homes and small businesses.
Erik Kintz joined Logitech in 2009 as the Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development. He led the development of Logitech’s long-term strategy for future growth and spearheaded the $405 million acquisition of LifeSize Communications. He was also responsible for cementing deep partner relationships with companies such as Microsoft and Google.
Prior to joining Logitech in 2009, Eric Kintz was Vice President of Strategy and Marketing for Hewlett Packard's Web Services and Software division. Eric was previously Vice President of Global Marketing Strategy for HP and was recognized by Brandweek in 2007 as one of the top 10 marketers under 40.

John Antanaitis is the Vice President of Product Marketing at Polycom. With nearly 20 years in high-tech communications, he leads a global marketing team responsible for worldwide product positioning, messaging, new product launches and events for Polycom products, solutions and services. John joined Polycom in 2002 after spending five years in Marketing and General Management functions for Stanley Tool Works and Fortune Brands. Prior to that, John spent ten years with Motorola, working in various functional disciplines including Engineering, Operations and Marketing in the mobile phone industry. John has an MBA with majors in Marketing and Operations Management from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Evanston, Illinois and a Bachelors of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois.

Krish brings more than 20 years of successful leadership and innovation to Blue Jeans Network. A serial entrepreneur, Krish has been founder and CEO of several successful startup ventures. Prior to Blue Jeans, he was an Entrepeneur-In-Residence (EIR) at Accel Partners, where he was exploring HD video

technologies including the current idea behind Blue Jeans. Before that, Krish was the General Manager for the Server Virtualization business unit at Cisco Systems, responsible for architecting Cisco's datacenter and desktop virtualization solutions. Prior to his work at Cisco, Krish was the CEO of Topspin

Communications. Under his stewardship, the company re-invented itself as a datacenter virtualization player and executed strategic partnerships with IBM, Dell, HP, and Sun.
Topspin was acquired by Cisco in 2005. Before joining Topspin, Krish was the vice president and general manager for the Content Business Unit at Cisco Systems. Under his leadership, Cisco developed many industry-leading products including the L4-L7 load balancers, content caches, CDN, and micro-webservers. Krish joined Cisco in 1995 when his first startup, Internet Junction, was acquired by them. Earlier in his career, Krish worked for NET, PeerLogic, Bell Labs, and Perkin-Elmer. He has an MSCS from Monmouth University and a BS (Physics) from Madras University, India.
