Several PR opportunities are available before Enterprise Connect and during the event that will help maximize your company's exposure and presence at the event. All of the following services are included at no charge for Enterprise Connect exhibitors.
The Enterprise Connect PR team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have regarding your PR outreach strategy before or during the event, including tips on contacting press and analysts, as well as PR advice based on industry events and topics at Enterprise Connect that will be of interest to your company. Thank you to all exhibitors who submitted to the Exhibitor Announcements Press Release. Submissions are now closed. The release will be distributed one week before the event on Monday, March 10.
The list of pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers planning to attend is now available for download in the Enterprise Connect Exhibitor Portal. The media list will be updated on a weekly basis, each Friday. Access to this information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event.
**Note to PR agencies—the media list is downloaded directly to the Exhibitor Portal and will not be shared with 3rd parties. Please get the login information from your client.
During Media Center hours, meeting space for media briefings is available onsite for exhibitors who have secured meetings with press and analysts. This space is available for pre-reservation in half hour and one hour increments with a time limit of three hours per day/per exhibitor, in order to make this benefit available to all participating exhibitors.
To submit a request, email with your name, company, media outlet, reporter/analyst name, and the date, time and duration of your meeting. Please specify "Enterprise Connect" in your subject.
The last day to reserve a meeting space before the event will be Thursday, March 13. After that date, reservations can be made on a first-come-first-serve basis onsite at the Media Center.
Please note that the Media Center may only be used by registered press, analysts and bloggers and exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor.
The Media Center is located in the Naples Room, which is on the Ballroom level.

Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, March 17. There will be an area for press kits, or any other special items you'd like to make available to the media in attendance. CDs, jump drives and other creative company information is always appreciated.
Enterprise Connect owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your participation at the event, a specific announcement you'll be making at the event, or other activities around the event, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
