Several PR opportunities are available before Enterprise Connect 2012 and during the event that will help maximize your company's exposure. All of the following services are included at no charge for Enterprise Connect exhibitors.

Inclusion in Enterprise Connect "Preview" Press Release
If your company is planning on making an announcement leading up to or at Enterprise Connect, we can help you increase the exposure through a March 19th press release detailing exhibitor announcements at the event. Enterprise Connect offers an amazing audience to target for your company's new product or service announcement, and no other enterprise communications event brings the same impressive and accessible blend of press, analysts, exhibitors and attendees together — and we'd like to help you reach them. If you are interested in participating in this release opportunity, please login to the Exhibitor Portal and fill out the form available in the PR Opportunities section. Submissions cannot exceed 50 words. No marketing copy will be considered. Deadline for participation is Friday, March 9th.

Access to the Enterprise Connect 2012 Media List
The list of pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers planning to attend the event will become available for download on Friday, February 24, 2012 in the Enterprise Connect Exhibitor Portal. Following this date, the media list will be updated on a weekly basis, each Friday. Access to this information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event.
**Note to PR agencies: the media list is downloaded directly to the Exhibitor Portal and will not be shared with 3rd parties. Please get the login information from your client.
Meeting Space for Media Briefings
Meeting space is available onsite for exhibitor briefings with media, and may only be reserved *after* press/analyst briefings have been arranged. We will begin taking reservations on February 27, 2012. More information on how to make these reservations will be available at this time.
Please note that the Media Center may only be used by registered press, analysts and bloggers and exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor.
Meeting space is located in the Media Center, which is located in the Naples room. Meeting space will be available during the following Media Center hours:

Press Kit Materials
Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, March 26. There will be an area for press kits, or any other special items you'd like to make available to the media in attendance. CDs, jump drives and other creative company information is always appreciated.
Press Release Guidelines
Enterprise Connect owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your participation at the event, a specific announcement you'll be making at the event, or other activities around the event, we ask that you follow these guidelines:
- Event boilerplate should be included in the press release (see boilerplate below).
- The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: Enterprise Connect is happening March 26-29, 2012 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL
- If you would like to include a quote from Enterprise Connect GM, Fred Knight, send your release and suggested quote for review and approval to Enterprise Connect PR Manager, Joylyn Tanner at
