Several PR opportunities are available before Enterprise Connect and during the event that will help maximize your company's exposure and presence at the event. All of the following services are included at no charge for Enterprise Connect exhibitors.

PR Strategy and Counsel

The Enterprise Connect PR team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have regarding your PR outreach strategy before or during the event, including tips on contacting press and analysts, as well as PR advice based on industry events and topics at Enterprise Connect that will be of interest to your company. Inclusion in Enterprise Connect "Preview" Press Release

Thank you to all exhibitors who provided a submission for inclusion in the exhibitor announcements press release, which is issued one week prior to the event. The opportunity to participate has now closed.

Access to the Enterprise Connect 2013 Media List

The list of pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers planning to attend the event will become available for download on Friday, February 15, 2013 in the Enterprise Connect Exhibitor Portal. Following this date, the media list will be updated on a weekly basis, each Friday. In order to access the list in the Exhibitor Portal, please login and select the "Review Event Information and Download Order Forms" section. The media list is available in the Tasks Checklist in the "J: PR" section. Access to this information will give you the opportunity to set up on-site interviews and meetings prior to the event.

**Note to PR agencies—the media list is downloaded directly to the Exhibitor Portal and will not be shared with 3rd parties. Please get the login information from your client.

Meeting Space for Media Briefings

Pre-reservation requests for meeting space are now closed. Space reservations can be made on a first-come, first-serve basis onsite during the event.

Please note that the Media Center may only be used by registered press, analysts and bloggers and exhibitors when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor.

The meeting space is located in the Media Center, which is located in the Naples room, and will be open for briefings during the following hours:

Exhibitor Press Kit Materials

Exhibitors can leave their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, March 18. There will be an area for press kits, or any other special items you'd like to make available to the media in attendance. CDs, jump drives and other creative company information is always appreciated.

Press Release Guidelines

Enterprise Connect owns its brands and content and must approve any third party use of its brands and content. If you plan to write a press release about your participation at the event, a specific announcement you'll be making at the event, or other activities around the event, we ask that you follow these guidelines:

• Event boilerplate should be included in the press release (see boilerplate below).
• The date and location of the event should be included in the first paragraph: Enterprise Connect is happening March 18-21, 2013 at the Gaylord Palms in Orlando, FL.
• If you would like to include a quote from Enterprise Connect GM, Fred Knight, send your release and suggested quote for review and approval to Enterprise Connect PR Manager, Joylyn Tanner at . Please allow 24-48 hours turnaround time.
• If you have any questions regarding release guidelines or need additional information, please contact Joylyn Tanner.
