Several PR opportunities are available before and during Enterprise Connect that will help maximize your company's exposure and presence at the event. All of the following services are included at no charge for Enterprise Connect exhibitors.

If your company is announcing a new product leading up to or at Enterprise Connect, we can help you increase exposure through a press release detailing exhibitor news. It will be distributed one week prior to the event on February 29. See last year's press release as an example.
Instructions on how to participate will be available in the Exhibitor Portal closer to the event. The deadline to participate is Friday, February 19. Please note that submissions cannot exceed 50 words and no marketing copy will be considered. If you would like to participate in this opportunity but not release specific details of your announcement, we can accommodate you.
Beginning Friday, February 5, the media list will be available for download in the Exhibitor Portal. This list will give you the opportunity to coordinate onsite briefings with pre-registered press, analysts and bloggers. Once available, the media list will be updated each Friday until the event.
*PR agencies will need to obtain login information to the Exhibitor Portal from their client for access to the media list.*
Meeting space is available in the Media Center for exhibitors who have secured briefings. Reservations will available in half hour or one hour increments with a time limit of three hours per day/per exhibitor, in order to make this benefit available to all participating exhibitors. Reservations will open on Monday, February 8 through the Exhibitor Portal.
Please note that the Media Center may be used by exhibitors only when accompanied by a member of the media. For each meeting, one attendee must be registered as media and the other must be a registered exhibitor or speaker.
The Media Center location and hours of operation will be announced closer to the event.
Exhibitors can drop off their press kits in the Media Center beginning the first day of the event, Monday, March 7. Creative company information is always appreciated.
